What to do if you haven't received your kit?

Happy new year, everyone!
As 2018 closed out we shipped out rewards to all backers that had completed their surveys. We still have 72 incomplete surveys, so if you have yet to receive your reward(s), this is more than likely why.
What should you do if this is the case? Search your email for a survey or reminder from Backer Kit; a reminder was sent out the morning of January 24th. If you are able to locate the survey, please complete it and let us know at [email protected]. If you are unable to find your survey email, please email [email protected] and we can send you a direct link.

Hello Backers,
Good news! We are shipping out all remaining drones & add-ons today, Monday & Tuesday. We are sending out 200 shipments today and the balance over Monday and Tuesday. Please keep an eye out on your email for shipment notifications with tracking.
Other cool news! ALL Backers are receiving a personalized coupon for a $50 drone for any additional gift giving purposes. There are more details and a personalized coupon code good for 1 drone coming directly to you via email.
The not great news: We are still having problems with the calculator, there are both production and coding issues that we are having to dive deep into to resolve. We will come back to you in a week with resolutions. Please know that any frustrations you are feeling are fully understood as we are feeling it as well. We value you each as backers and do not wish to send out a less than ideal product.
